A post-entry training facility that specializes in preparation for on-the-job training in hotels and other hospitality industry settings

The Narita Hospitality Academy is a post-entry training facility that opened in June 2023 and specializes in preparation for on-the-job training in hotels and other hospitality industry settings.

Foreign technical interns are required to take mandatory post-entry training of about one month to learn Japanese, get familiar with living in Japan, and receive legal protection training before starting training at their respective training program hosts. In addition to this training, program participants will learn about the spirit of hospitality passed down through generations in Japan and its culture in general, including food culture. They can also acquire the practical knowledge and skills needed to provide hotel services through classroom lectures and observations.

The Academy is located in the Tamatsukuri area of Narita, Chiba, offering convenient access from Narita International Airport as well as a rich natural setting with metropolitan features for an easy lifestyle. The classroom is located in the same building as residences that include comfortable, hygienic single-occupancy private rooms, which ensure an environment where technical interns can concentrate on learning while maintaining privacy throughout their training period. The area surrounding the facility includes establishments essential for daily convenience, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, clinics, city hall, banks, and restaurants.
