Training Program

Training Program

The training program consists of four major topics.

Japanese language for everyday life
With a central focus on conversation, reading, and pronunciation, practical language training is designed to enable participants to comfortably live and communicate with people in Japan.

General knowledge about life in Japan
The Academy offers training on the laws and regulations of Japan such as traffic rules, and social rules and manners including practical information on public transportation, shopping, trash disposal, banks and post offices, etc., so that participants can live safely and securely in Japan. Disaster prevention and first aid training* are also offered in cooperation with the fire department, and crime prevention and traffic safety training* with the police department.

* Training may be held using teaching materials only depending on circumstances.

Legal protection training
Legal protection training is given by experts, such as administrative scriveners and labor and social security attorneys.

Specialized skills and knowledge for the hotel industry (Through classroom lectures and observations)
The Academy provides effective training through classroom lectures and observations to allow program participants to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to complete on-the-job training tasks at hotels, including room cleaning and customer service at restaurants.
* Practical skills training (mock-up room–based room cleaning training, service training, etc.) will be conducted after post-entry training has been completed.
